You will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP CO solutions that optimize cost tracking, support financial decision-making, and integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules.<br>Key responsibilities:<br>SAP CO / Costing Implementation & Configuration Lead the design and configuration of SAP CO solutions tailored for automotive manufacturing processes, including product costing, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis. Configure cost structures, cost elements, cost centers, activity types, and allocation cycles, ensuring alignment with automotive industry standards. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules to support end-to-end manufacturing processes. Business Process Analysis & Optimization Translate automotive manufacturing and financial requirements into SAP CO functional specifications. Recommend process improvements for cost tracking, variance analysis, and profitability optimization in automotive production. Testing, Documentation & Training Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios specific to automotive costing and controlling operations. Prepare detailed functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials for finance, production, and controlling teams. Conduct training sessions and support knowledge transfer to key business users. Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support Assist in cutover planning and provide go-live support for SAP CO modules. Troubleshoot costing and controlling issues, support system stabilization, and recommend process enhancements post-implementation.<br>Qualifications:<br>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO consulting experience, preferably with 2 years in the automotive manufacturing sector. Strong expertise in product costing, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis (CO-PA). Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation is highly desirable. It’s a plus to have SAP PP and MM modules knowledge for integration purposes.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support testing activities. Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support. Participate in pre-sales activities and product demonstrations when needed. Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation and go-live phases. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure proper documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle. Support collection and project closure activities as required. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or a similar role. Experience working with enterprise software solutions. Previous experience with financial applications is a plus. Previous experience in software testing is preferred. Experience working on large-scale (Class A) projects is highly desirable. Technical Requirements Strong knowledge of XML and Web Services (mandatory). Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
