We are looking for a highly dynamic, field-oriented Sales Engineer who thrives on the ground. You will be the face of TRIO’s Construction and Contracting division, responsible for aggressively hunting new business, building relationships with high-net-worth clients, and securing premium finishing and construction projects, particularly in North Coast resorts and luxury compounds.<br>Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):- Field Prospecting: Conduct continuous field visits to target locations (North Coast villages, premium residential compounds, and upcoming commercial hubs) to identify new construction and turnkey finishing opportunities.- Client Acquisition & Networking: Initiate direct contact and build strong relationships with potential clients, real estate brokers, and compound management.- Pitching Excellence: Meet with high-net-worth clients and B2B partners on-site to present TRIO’s value proposition, emphasizing our engineering precision, in-house manufacturing, and hassle-free execution.- Site Evaluation: Conduct initial site visits to assess client needs, gather project requirements, and coordinate seamlessly with our technical office and design teams for pricing and proposals.- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales targets consistently, acting as the primary point of contact until the project kicks off.<br>Requirements (What You Need to Succeed):- Educational Background: B. Sc. in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Arts, or a closely related field.
