Carry out preventive maintenance for technical service equipment such as chillers, panel air conditioners, cooling units, fan coil units, and office air conditioners according to the maintenance schedule throughout the year.<br>. Review warehouse stock balances of spare parts (maximum, minimum, and reorder point) and report to the direct manager in case of poor quality spare parts used in maintenance work.<br>.
