Role:
Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of chiller systems, panel air conditioning, valve coils, cooling units, and administrative office air conditioners, and ensuring their good technical condition.

Responsibilities:
. Monitor the technical condition of chiller equipment, panel air conditioners, and office fan coil units, and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP).
. Perform corrective maintenance in case of any electrical or mechanical fault in chiller equipment, panel air conditioners, cooling units, office fan coil units, and other listed technical services.
. Carry out preventive maintenance for technical service equipment such as chillers, panel air conditioners, cooling units, fan coil units, and office air conditioners according to the maintenance schedule throughout the year.
. Review warehouse stock balances of spare parts (maximum, minimum, and reorder point) and report to the direct manager in case of poor quality spare parts used in maintenance work.
. Follow occupational safety and health procedures and food safety inside the plant and report any violations.
. Regularly organize, arrange, and clean the workstation.
. Seek opportunities for improvement and development and present ideas to the direct manager.
. Work according to the M&W system and ensure accurate recording of corrective and preventive maintenance times in the SAP PM system.
Skills:
. At least three years of experience in maintenance of cooling and refrigeration equipment, control circuits, and power.
. Intermediate diploma in industrial specialization (refrigeration and air conditioning) or higher.
. Ability to work in a team.
. Communication skills.
