The CP plays a critical role in the donation process where he\she has supervision on the whole process and relevant staff to ensure donors safety and plasma quality. The Cutting Manager supervises cutting staff, coordinates with production, merchandising, and quality teams, and ensures that daily cutting targets are met in line with delivery timelines and quality standards. The role involves monitoring machinery and equipment, enforcing safety and environmental practices, and maintaining accurate records of fabric consumption, wastage, and outputs.
