مطلوب "مشغل ماكينات لفل/لصق ملصقات (Labeling) شركة صناعية كبرى تبحث عن مشغل ماكينات لبلنج/تغليف ومسؤول خط ذو خبرة عملية قوية لإدارة وتشغيل ماكينات اللصق والإشراف على العمالة المؤقتة لضمان جودة الإنتاج.المهام الأساسية:تشغيل ومراقبة 3 ماكينات لصق ملصقات (Labeling) تلقائية في نفس الوقت وبدقة عالية.ضبط الماكينات وإجراء التغييرات اللازمة حسب مقاسات العبوات والملصقات المختلفة.المراقبة المستمرة لجودة الملصقات (منع التجعد، الفقاعات، سوء المحاذاة، أو الارتفاع غير الصحيح).الإشراف على العمالة المؤقتة وتوجيههم لضمان اتباع إجراءات السلامة والجودة.التعامل مع الأعطال البسيطة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها أول بأول، بالتنسيق مع فريق الصيانة.الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل وخط الإنتاج (Housekeeping).شروط الوظيفة:خِبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال خطوط التعبئة، التغليف، أو تشغيل ماكينات الـ Labeling.خبرة عملية حقيقية في ضبط وتشغيل الماكينات الأوتوماتيكية.مهارات قوية في الفحص البصري وضبط جودة الملصقات.خبرة سابقة في الإشراف على العمالة أو خطوط الإنتاج.يفضل الخلفية في مصانع الأغذية، المشروبات، الأدوية، أو مستحضرات التجميل.مؤهل فني / متوسط / فوق متوسط (الخبرة العملية والمهارة اليدوية والتقنية هي الأساس).ما نقدمه:رواتب مجزية تناسب الخبرة.بيئة عمل مستقرة وفرص للتطور.مكافآت وحوافز مرتبطة بالإنتاج والأداء.<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية و مسائية</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال، وجبات، سكن، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>

المهام الوظيفية : • مسؤولًا عن تنسيق وإدارة العمليات اليومية الخاصة بسيارات الشركة، والتعاون مع مختلف الإدارات لضمان جاهزية السايارات، وكفاءة التشغيل، وتحقيق أعلى معايير السلامة والجودة.• الإشراف على حركة عربات النقل الداخلي و التأكد من الاستخدام الآمن والسليم لسيارات الشركة.• متابعة وتنسيق أعمال الصيانة الدورية والطارئة للسيارات التي تعمل بالديزل والبنزين.• تنسيق جداول عمل السائقين، ومتابعة التزامهم بسياسات الشركة وتعليمات السلامة المرورية.• معرفة جيدة بأساسيات صيانة المركبات التي تعمل بالديزل والبنزين.• خبرة في تنسيق وإدارة السائقين، بما يشمل إعداد الجداول، والمتابعة، وتقييم الأداء.• متابعة أي شكاوى تتعلق بالتلف أثناء الحركة و المساهمة في تقييم السائقين. • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع الحالات الطارئة بكفاءة.• تنظيم الورديات وساعات العمل لعمال الحركة و متابعة الالتزام بالتعليمات والسياسات الداخلية.• إبلاغ فني الصيانة بأعطال السيارات لتوجية إلى الصيانة لإجراء عمليات الصيانة عليها وضمان جاهزيتها للعمل فى أسرع وقت.• يتمتع بمهارات تنظيمية قوية، وعقلية عملية، وقدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات في بيئة عمل سريعة. • خبرة من 7-10 سنوات العمل كمشرف او مدير حركة فى المصانع الصناعية • يشترط اساسى ان يكون من سكان القاهرة – لا يوجد سكن • مقر العمل مدينة العبور – القاهرة.<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>
