Operate CNC Laser and CO2 Laser machines according to operation orders and required drawings. Prepare and calibrate the machine before start-up and ensure its readiness. Execute cutting, drilling, and engraving operations accurately according to approved measurements and designs. Read and understand engineering drawings and operation files. Adjust machine settings such as speed, power, focus, and gases according to the material type. Monitor product quality during operation and ensure pieces meet specifications. Perform periodic machine inspection and carry out basic maintenance and cleaning. Handle operational faults and report technical faults needing specialist intervention to the maintenance department. Adhere to safety and occupational health procedures while operating the machines. Record production quantities and waste and monitor material consumption. Collaborate with the production supervisor and operations manager to achieve the required production plan. Qualifications and experience: Technical diploma (mid-level) or higher, preferably in mechanical or electrical. Previous experience operating Laser CNC / CO2 Laser machines. Preference for experience in leather factories and plastic injection or similar industries depending on job nature. Ability to read engineering drawings. Good knowledge of laser machine setup and operation. Ability to diagnose and address operational faults. Residents of 10th of Ramadan City preferred / housing available for expatriates. Working days: Saturday to Thursday.
