Koroot’s public website describes its solution as digital stamp cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, helping coffee shops build customer loyalty without requiring customers to download an app. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and energetic Senior Sales Executive to join Koroot’s first sales team. The main responsibility of this role is to visit businesses on the ground, introduce Koroot’s loyalty program, explain its value, and onboard new merchants. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and learning how to sell technology products to local businesses. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:Visit cafés, restaurants, beauty salons, barbershops, retail stores, and other local businesses. Introduce Koroot’s loyalty program and explain how it can help businesses bring customers back more often. Identify decision-makers such as owners, managers, or branch supervisors. Present Koroot’s solution clearly and confidently in face-to-face meetings. Collect business information and understand each merchant’s customer loyalty needs. Help onboard new merchants and guide them through the setup process. Follow up with potential clients through calls, Whats App, email, or in-person visits. Maintain a daily pipeline of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closed deals. Achieve weekly and monthly sales and onboarding targets. Share market feedback with the team, including objections, competitor insights, and merchant needs. Represent Koroot professionally in all client interactions. What Success Looks Like<br>A successful Senior sales Executive at Koroot will:Visit a high number of relevant businesses every week (50+ new merchants per week) Book meetings with business owners and managers. Convert interested merchants into active Koroot clients. Build strong relationships with cafés, restaurants, salons, and retail stores. Keep accurate sales records and follow up consistently.
