<span><br>JOB SUMMARY<br>Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events. This position primarily handles events of average complexity. Ensures their property events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. Relevant industry experience in a senior or lead mechanical engineering role, preferably within consulting, industrial, or construction environments. <p>The Revenue & Commerce Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall commercial performance across the hospitality portfolio. This role combines Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Distribution, OTA Management, Commercial Analytics, and Digital Sales, ensuring that every property is positioned and priced correctly across direct and third-party channels.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute revenue strategies for all hospitality properties.</li><li>Manage daily pricing, availability, restrictions, minimum stays, and inventory.</li><li>Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, pickup, lead time, cancellations, and length of stay.</li><li>Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term revenue forecasts.</li><li>Develop annual revenue budgets in coordination with Hospitality and Finance.</li><li>Conduct competitor and market analysis, including rate-shopping and demand trends.</li><li>Manage OTA performance across platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and other relevant channels.</li><li>Optimize property listings, content, photography, descriptions, room/suite categories and promotions across digital channels.</li><li>Manage channel mix and reduce unnecessary reliance on high-commission channels.</li><li>Develop strategies to increase direct bookings and improve cost of acquisition.</li><li>Maintain rate parity and accurate inventory across all distribution channels.</li><li>Manage and optimize PMS, channel manager, booking engine and revenue-management systems from a commercial perspective.</li><li>Create promotional strategies for low-demand periods and maximize pricing during compression/high-demand dates.</li><li>Work closely with Sales & Marketing on campaigns, packages and target segments.</li><li>Analyze corporate, leisure, OTA, direct and other business segments.</li><li>Produce weekly and monthly commercial performance reports.</li><li>Identify underperforming properties, channels and room/suite categories and develop corrective actions.</li><li>Support the commercial evaluation and onboarding of new hospitality properties.</li><li>Monitor guest booking behavior and use data to improve conversion and revenue.</li><li>Ensure commercial strategies are aligned with each property s positioning and guest experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Finance, Tourism, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience. Strong background in hotel revenue management and/or commercial management. Hands-on experience with PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Engines and OTA extranets. Experience managing platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb. Strong understanding of hotel distribution and rate structures. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and commercial reporting capabilities. Strong analytical and forecasting skills. Ability to interpret P&L and property-level financial performance. Understanding of digital marketing, conversion and customer acquisition costs. Experience with revenue-management systems is highly preferred.</p>
