<p>Job Description Overview Infrastructure BIM Engineer who will be part of the Atkins Middle East delivery team, supporting the planning, and modelling of infrastructure utility projects. <p><h4>Essential responsibilities and daily duties include:</h4>

<li>Working knowledge of environmental regulations related to wastewater systems, ballast water treatment, and fuel transfer aboard ships.</li>
<li>Working experience with rigging and hoisting techniques for positioning and installing large pipe sections or assemblies in confined shipboard environments.</li>
<li>Working experience in hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and leak detection methods to verify the integrity of newly installed or repaired piping systems.</li>
<li>Ability to use inspection tools such as pressure gauges, borescopes, and ultrasonic testing equipment to assess pipe condition.</li>
<li>Working expertise in welding and brazing techniques for pipefitting, particularly TIG, MIG, and stick welding as applied to naval and marine piping systems.</li>
<li>Proficiency in cutting, threading, bending, and assembling various types of pipe materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper-nickel, and PVC.</li>

We're Hiring: Mechanical Engineer – Firefighting Systems<br>Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in firefighting systems and governmental approval procedures to join our growing team.<br>Location: Suez Road, New Work Model: On-Site Experience Required: 2–3 Years<br>Mandatory Qualifications:<br>Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.2–3 years of experience in Firefighting Systems. Previous experience dealing with governmental testing and approval entities related to firefighting systems and piping is a MUSTExperience coordinating with testing laboratories, approval authorities, and Civil Protection requirements. Familiarity with firefighting pipe testing procedures, certifications, and compliance documentation.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Follow up on testing and approval processes for firefighting systems and piping. Coordinate with governmental laboratories and regulatory authorities. Prepare and submit technical documentation required for approvals and certifications. Review technical specifications, drawings, and compliance requirements. Support project execution and ensure adherence to applicable firefighting standards and regulations. Conduct site visits and coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors.<br>Preferred Skills:<br>Strong knowledge of firefighting systems, pumps, and piping networks.
