Responsibilities: Continuous research and development of equipment and mechanical machinery. Design of mechanical system components, from simple machines to complex systems, which requires strong knowledge of manufacturing materials and their properties, as well as the ability to use appropriate engineering design software. Supervision of all stages of design, development, and installation, while monitoring schedules and costs for project progress according to the drawn plans. Supervision of operation and maintenance of industrial machines, including ensuring systems operate efficiently and preventive maintenance is carried out regularly to minimize unexpected downtime. On-site supervision of installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment (pumps, piping lines, and valves), ensuring conformity to standard specifications. Analysis of the performance of mechanical systems to develop efficiency improvement strategies and identify weaknesses that may affect performance. Preparation of the design for new mechanical parts. Testing equipment and machines after manufacturing stage and ensuring they function properly. Supervision of maintenance operations for mechanical equipment and machines. Providing training and guidance to workers on rates and machines. Continuous research and development and acquiring new skills through participation and attendance at dedicated training courses and workshops. Collaboration with teams and colleagues at work to always achieve desired results.
