Occupation Description The Total Rewards Assistant Manager directs and oversees the day-to-day operations for Compensation and Benefits. He / She responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring strict compliance with local Egyptian Tax, Social Insurance, and Labor Laws, and driving competitive compensation and benefits initiatives.
