Occupation Description The Total Rewards Assistant Manager directs and oversees the day-to-day operations for Compensation and Benefits. He / She responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring strict compliance with local Egyptian Tax, Social Insurance, and Labor Laws, and driving competitive compensation and benefits initiatives. This role requires advanced numerical and Excel modelling capabilities to handle complex additions, deductions, salary structures, and variable incentive schemes unique to real estate operations.<br>Job Scope Lead the complete monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strict confidentiality. Prepare, reconcile, and lock the final payroll register before transferring net salaries through banking portals. Calculate and apply Egyptian Income Tax ensuring accurate tax brackets, exemptions, and proper monthly tax deductions. Manage monthly Social Insurance calculations ensuring accuracy. Lead and provide strategic direction to the development of pay, reward, recognition, and benefits. Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with the company’s strategy and business goals. Do annual remuneration processes ensuring the processes are fair and equitable and in line with the reward strategy. Ensure regular benchmarking and market-related pay research is undertaken when necessary to enable the company to remain competitive and an employer of choice. Manage the yearly Profit Share plan according to performance management system. Prepare the Manpower plan Budget. Prepare the regular headcount report. Revise quarterly the benefits expenditures versus the planned budget to ensure control and compliance with the set budget. <br>Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested7-12 years of related experience of which a minimum of 4-7 years should be in a similar position/responsibility, previous experience in real estate is a must. Hospice Egypt services are completely free of charge to adult terminally ill patients regardless of their race, religion, gender, or socioeconomic class. The project receives patients referred from different referral bodies and provides its services which are nursing, medical, social, psychological, and financial support through its trained multidisciplinary mobile hospice team. Certifies hotel trainers & facilitators and PD teams to deliver various programs. Assisting the PD Manager to manage the programs with agreed budget, select and manage an external consultant, or manage the deployment of an internal consultant. Coach and develop the capability within the hotel team; provide direction and inspiration for high standards of excellence. Ensure alignment with the global learning and development ethos around co-design of new programs and enhancement of existing programs. Tailor the learning content of global programs to suit the needs of the hotel (including language translations).
