Job Purpose Develop accurate and coordinated architectural working drawings and construction documentation based on approved design information, ensuring compliance with project requirements, technical standards, and agreed deadlines. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural working drawings based on approved design concepts and design development information. Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and other required architectural documentation. Translate design intent into clear, accurate, and buildable technical solutions. Coordinate architectural drawings with external Structural, MEP, and specialist consultants. Incorporate approved consultant information and coordination comments into architectural drawings. Identify and report technical conflicts, missing information, and inconsistencies to the Senior Production Architect. Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, dimensions, levels, references, and coordination before submission. Ensure drawings are developed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, project requirements, and approved design decisions. Coordinate with the Design Team to ensure design changes are correctly reflected in production drawings. Support preparation of tender and construction documentation when required. Assist in resolving technical queries and architectural coordination issues during project development. Maintain proper drawing revisions and ensure the latest approved information is used. Follow the company’s drawing standards, templates, detailing systems, and documentation procedures. Coordinate with other team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines. Support the Senior Production Architect in reviewing and improving production deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within architectural/engineering consultancies or real estate development companies. Strong experience in architectural working drawings and construction documentation. Good knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building materials. Good understanding of applicable building codes, regulations, and technical standards. Strong proficiency in Auto CAD; good knowledge of Revit is must. Experience coordinating architectural drawings with Structural, MEP, and other disciplines. Ability to read and interpret consultant drawings and incorporate coordinated information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good technical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work within a team and meet project deadlines. Good command of English.
