Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled engineer to lead triage and defect management activities for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) hardware sensors, including Radar, Cameras, and Ultrasonic Sensors (USS). The role also involves supporting triage activities for End-of-Line (EOL) diagnostics and After-Sales diagnostics related to ADAS ECUs and hardware sensors, ensuring product quality, system reliability, and efficient issue resolution throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end resolution of technical issues, supporting the successful delivery of ADAS products across existing and new platforms.
- Manage supplier engagement, project planning, risk assessment, and senior-level status reporting, ensuring clear visibility of progress, issues, and mitigations.
- Apply structured defect resolution methodologies (such as 8D and 5 Whys), with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and permanent corrective actions.
- Use strong analytical and technical judgment to assess complex problems, drive root-cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and make sound technical decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers, maintain progress, and deliver solutions within agreed quality and timelines.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on product quality and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.
Tools
- Previous experience delivering software in a technical automotive environment, with exposure to AUTOSAR and POSIX-based platforms.
- Knowledge of End-of-Line (EOL) and After-Sales diagnostics

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working on complex automotive engineering projects, preferably within ADAS or other safety-critical systems.
- Strong knowledge of ADAS hardware sensors, including Radar, Cameras, and Ultrasonic Sensors (USS).
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, including UDS, DTC analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in defect triage, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with agile engineering methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
