HSE Engineer Jobs - Qena Egypt

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced HSE Site Manager to join our team and lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on a major Energy Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and client requirements while fostering a strong safety culture across the project site.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international HSE standards Lead site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for site personnel Monitor subcontractor HSE performance Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and compliance documentation Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives across the project<br>Qualifications & Requirement Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field Minimum 12 years of HSE experience, including significant experience in Energy, Power, or Infrastructure Projects. Previous experience in a managerial HSE role on large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigations Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in EPC environments and working with subcontractors.
