The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with Auto CAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.<br>Responsibilities Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications Execute project based on outlined criteria<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering5 - 10 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting Experience with Auto CADStrong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills Good command of written and spoken English

Main job duties and responsibilities:<br>Update the schedule based on inputs received from project team. Prepare the monthly Progress Reports to the (consultant/engineer, project manager) that also can be sent to the client. Monitor progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning. Prepare Monthly client invoice for project packages for accurate recording & tracking. Prepare the Sub-Contractors Performance analysis report for better progress tracking. Prepare EOT Claims for projects for accurate recording & tracking. Monitor/prepare the Subcontractors integrated Schedules for progress tracking. Prepare the Procurement schedules. Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products. Highlight critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management with corrective actions. Report to the Project Manager the current work progress and make comparisons & analysis between plan and actual progress, study impact of alternative approaches to work, and highlight areas of concern which required action of the associate task member (delay analysis) Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.<br><br><br>Job requirements:Educational background and previous experience:<br>Bachelor’s degree. Requirements:<br>• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial MEP and fire protection systems.• Strong knowledge of project management and tendering processes.• Proficient in English, MS Office, Auto CAD, and MS Project.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.• Military service completed.<br>Key Responsibilities:• Manage international investment projects related to MEP systems.• Prepare pre-tender documents, including designs, BOQs, and technical specifications.• Lead the tendering process.• Coordinate procurement and logistics activities.• Supervise site execution and review progress payments.• Ensure smooth project handover to the operations team.

Qualifications8 to 12 years of experience in the road sector. Strong experience in the technical office work for road projects. Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, including the preparation of road corridors and cross-sections for internal roads, with hands-on experience in modeling and producing sections for horizontal curves, roundabouts, and road intersections (Intersections) Skilled in preparing and reviewing statements, surveys, and quantity calculations. Preparing and reviewing execution drawings (Shop Drawings) and coordinating with all concerned parties for approval. Reviewing execution boards and survey sheets to ensure they match the plans and technical specifications. Preparing and quantifying items and reviewing changes and extra work. Managing and following up on the project document cycle and technical correspondence with the consultant and owner. Following up and approving project documents and coordinating between the technical office and execution. Ability to lead the technical office team, assign tasks, and ensure their implementation. Proficient in using engineering software like Auto CAD, Civil 3D, and Excel.
