Will be responsible for managing the maintenance team and oversee their effective use of the HVAC equipment.<br>Key Responsibilities Coordinate & lead the operation & maintenance of all HVAC-R systems, Including: Chillers, Air Handling units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), DX units, Split systems and cooling rooms, exhaust fans, pumps, valves control & power circuits. Advanced expertise in chiller plants, central HVAC infrastructure, ductwork design, and refrigeration cycles. Proficiency in cooling load software (HAP), duct/pipe sizing tools, BMS monitoring interfaces, and ERP systems.
