Role Description:The Technical Engineer is responsible for diagnosing vehicle issues, overseeing repair and maintenance work, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. The role includes troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical problems, coordinating with service advisors and technicians, documenting service activities, and recommending effective repair solutions. The Technical Engineer also supports process improvements, adopts new technologies, and helps deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications Automotive engineering background or relevant technical qualification. Experience in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality standards. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment. Mandatory experience with premium automotive brands such as BMW, Porsche, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or similar exotics brands. Previous experience in an authorized dealership (OEM service center) or premium/exotic vehicle workshop is highly preferred.
