We're looking for Sr. HVAC Engineer to support in one of the strategic projects in the New Capital. Will be responsible for managing the maintenance team and oversee their effective use of the HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate & lead the operation & maintenance of all HVAC-R systems, Including: Chillers, Air Handling units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), DX units, Split systems and cooling rooms, exhaust fans, pumps, valves control & power circuits. Supervise the execution of scheduled maintenance activities: Periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans. Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts and tools to support maintenance operations. Enforce safety protocols during all maintenance & installation activities, following the "safety first' principle. Coordinate & supervise installation & maintenance work performed by contractors external vendors, including development, replacement, and renovation projects. Ensure all compliance with relevant regulatory standards, including: Health and Human services (HHS) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) other local and international regulations.
Qualifications & requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Advanced expertise in chiller plants, central HVAC infrastructure, ductwork design, and refrigeration cycles. Proficiency in cooling load software (HAP), duct/pipe sizing tools, BMS monitoring interfaces, and ERP systems. Ability to strictly comply with military security protocols and rigorous site access safety rules.
