Responsibilities Area Security Manager Execute operational implementation of strategic planning as directed by the Regional Security Director –(MENA). Physically located in AOR ( Area of responsibility), the role would serve as a Business Unit asset in responding to all emerging security risks and incidents throughout the area of responsibility (Role will be responsible for theprotection of our people and Assets in AOR ( Area of responsibility) Responsibilities. The principal accountability of the Area Security Manager is driving the implementation and execution of security, crisis management, business continuity management strategies, plans and protocols, and best practices across the AOR ( Area of responsibility) businesses. The highlights of these accountabilities include,but are not limited to: In line with the broader security strategy and objectives, implement a security Plan to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to PepsiCo’s associates, facilities, proprietary information, and brand/reputation. Oversee and facilitate the ongoing strengthening of a sustainable, AOR ( Area of responsibility) Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning and capability in the Area of Responsibility. Through training and audit validate that the AOR ( Area of responsibility) Crisis Management and Business Continuity plans are current and functional. Revise and maintain all security main domains (Physical – Technical – Procedural – Investigational – Executive Protection) within AOR ( Area of responsibility). Maintain strong working relationships with locations leads, and provide consultation to them. Ensure that our engagement with other functions is an added value. Excellent organizational skills to be able to prioritize responsibilities meet deadlines and work in a multi-task environment. Plan and oversee periodic security self-assessments and bi-annual security risk assessments for premises in the area of responsibility in order to identify critical vulnerabilities and assist in closing these risks through cost effective, bestpractice security enhancements. Maintain contacts with security partners at foreign embassies, other multi-national companies, government security agencies, and professional security organizations to benchmark and promote security best practices. In close consultation with the Security Director (MENA), analyze security risks inherent in undertaking new business ventures and offer expertise-based risk mitigation measures. Within AOR ( Area of responsibility) , develop and maintain working relationships with national and local security, emergency response, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as well as with security managers of other large multinational companies. Ensure compliance with PepsiCo AMESA Security Risk Management System and supporting standards and procedures. Develop and deliver quarterly security awareness and training programs. Advise and assist before, during, and after security incidents, including on-the-spot risk assessments and security advice to business travelers. Implement a consultation plan to strengthen relationships with external 3rd parties. Conduct and coordinate investigations to include counterfeit, extortion, contamination of our products, loss reduction, kidnapping, robberies, Speak Up, fraud, corruption, and security threats against the AOR interests and associates. During strike operations or labor disputes provide training to security guards and employees in strike protocols. Oversee security guard companies to leverage economies of scale and lower costs. Implement and manage an effective KPI management system in accordance with Regional Security, and evaluate the service provided by the 3P Security providers on a monthly basis. Qualifications Ensure the continued professional development of the AOR ( Area of responsibility) security team, including the identification of suitable individuals in longer-term succession planning Qualifications. Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business environment A minimum of 10 years of working experience in law enforcement or military mid-management; 3 years ofcorporate security experience in the private sector (preferably industrial sectors) with accountabilities and keymeasures listed above Comprehensive substantive knowledge of best security practices, principles, and objectives Advanced, proven experience in security management Bachelor’s degree (minimum) A working proficiency in written and spoken English. Ability to work among a team of peers. Ability to travel in the country and handle multiple locations. Ability to work in a challenging environment and to be connected 24/7. Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records. Keep the inventory area clean and arranged. Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs. File claims when defective products are discovered. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse functions. Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment. Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment. Job Title: Supply Planning Assistant Manager. Department: Supply Chain. Location: New Cairo,Egypt.<br><br>Job Purpose : <br>The Supply Planning Asst. Manager is the supply planning focal point for assigned markets, accountable for the alignment between demand forecasts and supply availability across perishable and non-perishable ranges. The role manages replenishment cycles, drives inventory efficiency and waste reduction, coordinates local supplier execution with Procurement, and leads market-level improvement projects. As a people leader in development, the role mentors planners and coordinators, building the planning capability that keeps every market's availability standard high - because customers experience the supply chain one order at a time. The role works through a small team of planners while staying close to the market's daily flow, and represents the market in the network planning cycle. Success looks like a market whose availability holds through peaks, whose waste keeps falling, and whose people are growing into the next level.<br>Key Responsibilities :<br>Market Supply Planning & Execution Own market-level supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, sales targets, and inventory norms. Manage purchase cycles for perishable and non-perishable products, ensuring consistent replenishment. Coordinate stock transfers across operational centers to balance inventory within the market. Monitor inbound deliveries and lead times; resolve escalations before they reach the customer. Plan market peaks end to end: volumes, storage, receiving capacity, and contingency triggers.<br>Inventory Health & Waste Reduction Track and analyse inventory levels to prevent both stockouts and overstock. Implement spoilage and damage reduction practices with particular rigour on perishables. Review and report inventory turnover, wastage, and fill rate; lead corrective actions on misses. Lead root-cause analysis of inventory discrepancies through to durable fixes. Chair the market ageing review and hold owners to agreed clearance and redeployment actions.<br>Supplier Coordination & Cost Efficiency Manage local supplier execution with Procurement to secure quality, timeliness, and competitive terms. Conduct supplier performance reviews and recommend improvements with evidence. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual agreements across the market. Feed market-level supplier intelligence into procurement reviews and negotiations. Track local landed costs and challenge increases with data before accepting them.<br>Data Management & Reporting Use ERP and advanced Excel to manage supply data and prepare market performance reporting. Report supply performance, inventory health, and demand-supply reconciliation on the agreed rhythm. Identify trends and insights that improve planning accuracy and reduce cost to serve. Audit ERP planning data quality for the market and close gaps at the source. Standardise market reporting so leadership compares markets on identical definitions.<br>Leadership & Team Development Act as the market focal point aligning procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams on supply priorities. Lead market-level improvement projects with quantified outcomes. Mentor planners and coordinators on ERP use, planning craft, and the standard of follow-through. Build peak-readiness plans covering coverage, escalation paths, and pre-agreed contingencies. Run weekly one-to-ones reviewing plan quality, workload, and development progress.<br>Qualifications & Experience :<br>Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Experience3-4 years in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management; perishables experience highly preferred. Responsibilities - Responsible for creating and releasing Material Plan for particular categories (RMPM), working hand in hand with 3PM MPS Planning Coordinator and MRP Planning Coordinator - Generate the Monthly Materials Plan for 12-month rolling horizon for SKUs using the production plan and Suppliers’ feedback as key inputs - follow the stock movements across plants based on the updated production plan per plant and contact plants to ensure delivery of materials. And follow up on raw & packaging materials availability per plant, the open orders with suppliers and deliveries receipt on SAP. - Set balanced need of material requirements to meet the production plan to fulfil both export & local markets demand and enable achieving sales AOP targets. - Coordinate with the on-ground team the movement in & out of trucks to avoid any conflicts in shipping and storage for raw materials and finish good - Plan & place all fixable packaging materials requirements - Follow up on suppliers’ reconciliation in coordination with finance team and share the new forecast with suppliers based on the GP suppliers’ allocation - Secure needed materials for any new trials and/or new initiatives. - Monitor the R&PM planning KPIs (Delivery compliance), and update ending stock report and share it with finance team - Compare daily material’s opening stock versus the requirements according to the production plan and develop the material plans based on AOP then share it with the sourcing team. Qualifications • Create Monthly MRP Plan based on production needs and available inventories • Identify risks and opportunities and propose constrained scenarios to maximize service (liaising with MRP Planning Coordinator, Suppliers and Procurement if applies) • Validate production and material plans in Weekly Plan Review Meeting • Validate medium- and long-term material availability based on supplier feedback • Monitor PR conversions and release of POs to suppliers • Monitor Suppliers’ performance and feedback to Procurement Working Capital Management: • Check materials’ availability and propose actions for excess / shortages • Create inventory projections for RMPM ensuring alignment to targets. Analyse gaps and propose mitigation actions Business Waste Management: • Review weekly provision snapshot to be shared with Finance • Create business waste projections for RMPM to minimize no-consumption risks (zero-based plan)</p> </div>

Responsibilities Sales Volume/Targets: • Implement a territory S&D plan and drive team’s execution to achieve the company objectives by delivering volume targets. • Set retail customer targets and distribution plan along with achieving their targets by category & SKU on monthly basis, while ensuring delivering all incentives such as loyalty programs, discounts, coupons. KPIs: • Review regularly the trade coverage plan by analyzing the market universe based on continuous refreshed data in order to ensure updated coverage status. • Ensure all required visits and outlet coverage is maximized as per month plan in an effective and efficient manner. • Manage the distribution of company brands through enhancing accounts relationships within the territory in order to ensure that availability is maximized in line with the needs of the market by outlet type. Coaching: • Develop efficient and effective S&D team through on-the-job coaching & feedback and off-the-job training as per WEC (Winning Every Customer) guidelines so that representation in the trade is superior to competition, ensuring achieving sales targets. • Ensure the quality of the EDGE execution standards & steps of the call implementation for retail customers and ensure product range availability in accordance with the company's market share. • Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the Health & Safety programs in the field. Others: • Help salesmen to manage the market demand to ensure optimal stock available to meet demand and maximize freshness of product. • Explore new opportunities in the market by increasing the number of non-active retail customers and activating zero-sales customers. • Owe credit management process in term of utilization, circulation and collection. Added: • Ensure Territory productivity, distribution and discipline KPIs are achieved & tracked as per WEC: Integrated tracking guidelines (GTM dashboard) Measures : • DC/Unit volume (DSD/ISD/Pre Sell) volume, revenue and channel CTS target as per AOP. • Market share and distribution KPIs objectives (cooler penetration, SKU distribution, routes efficiencies, Hand Held and automation KPIs). • Performance on S&D productivity initiatives, and CTS. • Route KPIs, successful calls, completed calls, success rate, drop size, etc. • GTM KPIs reporting and execution score cards including D&A and revenue management KPIs tracking. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline. • 1 - 4 years of sales experience in FMCGs, preferably in sales field role. • Good English language is required. • Private Driving License is a must.</p> </div>

<span>1- End-to-End Logistics Management (Export & Import) Plan, execute, and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including exports of agricultural products and imports of machinery, equipment, fertilizers, spare parts, and operational materials.<br> 2- Freight, Transport & 3PL Management Select, contract, and manage freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers; negotiate rates; optimize routes and container utilization; and ensure service level compliance.<br> 3- Customs, Government Agencies & Trade Compliance Act as the main point of contact with authorities whenever required, ensuring smooth clearance and full regulatory compliance 4- Export Subsidy File Management Oversee and follow up the export subsidy file, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission, and full compliance with government subsidy program requirements to maximize financial recovery.<br> 5- Documentation & International Trade Execution Ensure accuracy and completeness of all logistics documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, bills of lading, airway bills, and insurance documents.<br> 6- Cold Chain, Quality & Asset Protection Safeguard product quality through strict cold chain control for perishable exports; monitor temperature logs; investigate logistics-related quality claims; and protect high-value equipment and machinery during transport.<br> 7- Cost Control, Budgeting & Performance Management Develop and manage the logistics budget; track KPIs such as OTIF, cost per shipment, transit time variance, claims rate, and container utilization; and identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.<br> 8- Stakeholder Coordination, Risk Management & Process Improvement Coordinate closely with Farms, Packing Houses, Sales, Quality, Finance, and External Partners; manage logistics risks (port congestion, weather, container shortages, regulatory changes); and drive continuous process improvement and digitization.<br> Annual Bonus Medical Insurance Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.<br> Professional certification (e.<br>g., CSCP, CILT, FIATA) is a strong advantage.<br> Experience 7-10 years of experience in logistics operations (export & import) , preferably in agri-business, manufacturing, FMCG, or perishables .<br> Proven experience managing international shipments , cold chain logistics, and export documentation.<br> Hands-on experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines .<br> Experience in Middle East, Europe, or GCC export markets is a strong plus.<br> Technical & Functional Skills Strong knowledge of: Incoterms Export documentation International trade compliance Cold chain logistics Freight negotiation Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics tracking tools.<br> Strong analytical and reporting skills.<br> Advanced MS Excel and reporting tools proficiency.<br> Competencies & Skillset: Crisis management and problem-solving Attention to detail Commercial acumen Communication Strategic outlook Customer focus Ownership & Accountability</span> </div>

The Hub sits within CGIAR's Digital Transformation Accelerator (DTA) and works closely with AI partners including MBZUAI, ai71, Inception and other UAE and AI partners to translate 50+ years of CGIAR agricultural data and science into practical AI tools for food, land, and water systems.<br><br>The UAE agriculture and AI ecosystem has expanded rapidly, bringing together sovereign institutions, innovation hubs, and global development partners. The CGIAR AI Hub now requires dedicated partnership capacity to deepen its positioning within this ecosystem and convert relationships into active collaborations.<br><br>Purpose<br><br>The Partnership Engagement Specialist will serve as the primary relationship manager between the CGIAR AI Hub and the UAE Agriculture and AI ecosystem. Working part-time and embedded at the MBZUAI Institute for Agriculture and AI (AI/IA), the consultant will build, strengthen, and foster strategic partnerships with the International Affairs Office at the UAE Presidential Court and key UAE innovation partners, ensuring the Hub is well-positioned to advance its mission through institutional collaboration.<br><br>Scope of Work<br><br>Partnership Development & Relationship Management Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships between the CGIAR AI Hub and the UAE's International Affairs Office at the Presidential Court, the primary sovereign-level patron of the Hub Foster active collaboration with key UAE innovation partners: the MBZUAI Institute for Agriculture and AI (AI/IA), AIM for Scale, a I71, Inception, and other emerging actors in the ecosystem Identify and develop partnership opportunities aligned with the Hub's AI product portfolio and advance them through to formal agreements or active workplans Represent the CGIAR AI Hub at relevant UAE convenings, forums, and bilateral meetings<br><br> 2. Embedded at the MBZUAI Institute for Agriculture and AI, the consultant will operate across sovereign institutions, innovation hubs, and global development partners — fostering the collaborations that enable CGIAR science to reach more farmers faster through AI. The role is ideal for a development professional with deep familiarity with the UAE institutional landscape, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, and genuine commitment to the mission of using AI for food security and climate resilience.<br><br>Required Qualifications<br><br> 7+ years of professional experience in partnership development, policy engagement, or programme management in international development, agriculture, or technology Strong existing networks within the UAE agriculture, food security, or AI/innovation ecosystem; direct familiarity with UAE government or sovereign institution engagement is essential Experience managing multi-stakeholder partnerships across government, international organisations, and private sector actors Exposure to agrifood systems, digital development, or AI-enabled programming is highly desirable Master's degree in international development, global affairs, public policy, or a related field Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
