About Jawda Jawda is a women's modest fashion brand based in London. Our name comes from the Arabic word for quality and excellence. And that's not just branding. It's our operating principle. We're fully vertically integrated: we own our own factory, so every piece is produced in-house from natural fibres like cotton and linen, designed to last, and priced fairly.
We're a global team of 50+ selling primarily across the UK, US, Canada and Australia, with a growing European presence. Meta paid social is our main growth engine, and we move fast, test constantly, and take creative seriously, which is where you would come in.
The Role You'll own the creative engine behind our Meta advertising: planning the angles we test, producing the ads themselves, and tracking what the numbers tell us. This is a hands-on hybrid role. Part strategist, part creator, part analyst. You'll work directly with a founder, who handles overall campaign architecture and deeper performance analysis, while you drive the creative pipeline that keeps our ads fresh and our audiences growing.
This is not a role where you'll be handed briefs and asked to execute. You'll be expected to generate hypotheses, argue for angles, learn from losses, and build on winners.

What You'll DoPlan creative angles and experiments. Develop new creative angles mapped to distinct customer personas and motivations. Produce the creatives. Edit video ads, design statics, and write the copy that goes with them. You'll be producing multiple new assets per week across several concepts, working from raw content, UGC, and product photography. Write performance copy. Scroll-stopping hooks, persuasive primary text, and headlines that fit our tone. Track and report key metrics. Monitor cost-per-checkout, CPA, ROAS, thumbstop and hook rates, and frequency. Flag when a creative is fatiguing, when a test has a winner, and when something in the account looks off. Feed the learning loop. Maintain a record of what's been tested, what won, what lost, and why.

What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of hands-on Meta media buying experience. You've managed real budgets in Ads Manager. e Commerce experience required; fashion strongly preferred. Creative production skills. You can edit short-form video (Cap Cut, Premiere, or similar) and design statics (Figma, Canva, or Photoshop) to a standard fit for a premium brand. Copywriting ability in fluent English. You know the difference between a hook and a headline, and your writing is clean, persuasive, and detail-perfect. Data literacy. You can read performance data, spot trends, and explain why an ad worked, not just report that it did.
Strongly Preferred Genuine understanding of modest fashion and the customers who wear it Experience with UGC-style and founder-led creative formats Familiarity with creative analytics tools (e.g. Motion, Foreplay)
