<p>Issue POs to optimize inventory availability and maximize DSA. Follows up the monthly requisition for local materials and foreign materials on daily basis. Issues requisition and maintain inventories of imported materials and supplies necessary to meet the production plans. Manages the materials requirements with the Purchasing and Warehouse departments. Monitors the flow of scrap materials and slow-moving items. Coordinates with the Service center to deliver required spare parts as per a periodic FCST. Coordinate with relevant departments to introduce new models on the production lines to ensure smooth running. Evaluates the Performance of Section by calculating the turnover ratio and availability of materials and days of supplies. Monthly Component stock 3D Analysis (ABC XYZ RRS) to Control the NOWC. Communicate Receiving team Leader by the Boxes delivery Plan on weekly / daily basis. Monthly Safety stock reanalysis to define the best safety stock for Owned ANCs, Manage the Phase in/out plans for Components &RM to ensure 100% depletion for Components and zero obsolescence stocks. Together with Purchasing fix budget, periodically review (EA1, EA2,) and monthly check component requirement. Manage and issue Production/Delivery orders through daily check of production plan and delivery status. Manage non-compliant deliveries: in agreement with Quality- Manufacturing- Supplier, report non-conformity material with all needed information to manage failure and arrange for replacement of the defective material/ component to maintain healthy feeding to the plant operations. Management of obsolete components: in collaboration with affected areas, develop proper actions to make internal usage of obsolete components (parts, kits ) or to ask supplier to re-work. In case of no further usage/renewal, act with Controlling for proper accounting. Manage the use of components not included in the bill of materials, such as lack of material, power consumption, low inventory in the warehouse, and quality issues. Inventory maintenance: continuously monitoring status of own assigned component stock. Call off consolidation: Consolidates the Requirements from each factory for the same commodity and same Supplier. Supplier adherence assessment comparing plan vs estimate vs actual dates & quantities Monitor Control Cash Flow by control flow of inbound cash flow with current liabilities. Close the cycle with receiving WH team to ensure good receiving and report the rejected shipments. Monitor the Custody Shipment in receiving area to release it finally from customs. Frequently Suppliers Visit for more alignments and Develop performance (Local / Foreign) Control and Manage the Documents circulation related to Shipments and ensure its validation compared to government Banking and ports requirements. Monthly review the Actual Suppliers Lead-time compared by theoretical to reduce Suppliers lead-time as much as it can to develop components stocks. Follow up open orders from issuing the order till receive it at WH (arrange shipping as per Electrolux contact manage the doc, follow clearance) Manage the Process with Customs & TF and control the Cost of Demurrage. Sourcing boards process Participates, give a clear, and well define rating to suppliers from Supply Chain Point of view. Job Purpose:
Under general direction, holds full accountability for the site operation, cost management, service delivery and front facing services at the client facilities. Provides personal leadership and effective management for a wide range of hard and soft services activities. Ensures improvements are achieved and maintained, and a proper balance is achieved between responding to client requests and maintaining GWS high standards and cost effectiveness.

Main Scope:
•Provides formal supervision to all assigned employees and may also have matrixed relationship with other teams within single functional or operational area.
•Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labour, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviours that are consistent with the company's values.
•Maintains the work environment, practices and training to avoid accidents and hazards and contributes to a safe and healthy work environment.
•Drive Operational control through Metrics/KPI Management.
•Ensures contingency plans are in place for emergencies. These include approved business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans etc.
•Conducts incident reviews and Root Cause Analysis, Site Stand Downs and drive consequence Management for all incidents.
•Inspires and behaves with unquestioned integrity and in accordance with CBRE Ethics Policy.
•Manage Life Cycle Assessment and Capital Planning Process.
•Drives continuous improvement and innovation comparative against Area, Geo and Peer groups.
•Delivers services based on contract scope of work with full understanding of the scope variances by site (e.g. client provided, 3d party, self-perform, LL, etc.)
•Leads site financial forecasting requirements. Drives compliant financial practices to ensure on time and compliant billing.
•Manages a budget and own analysis of variations and action planning.
•Drives enhancements to recurring spend actual (Labor/Sub/Materials, Optimize Self Perform utilization, Control Variable spend).
•Drives initiatives to achieve/exceed budget expectations at the site.
Client Management:
•Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients & attends regular client meetings.
•Lead OPIs & KPIs agreed as per MSA
•Ensure all client objectives are met on a timely manner
•Provide data analysis & reports as requested by client on a timely manner
•First point of contact for the office of the client team. Be present on site to answer queries from employees, visitors, contractors via telephone or e-mail.
Facility Management:
•Building Maintenance:
o Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
o Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
o Deliver Statutory & Non-statutory Work Orders as assigned and close reactive requests through Si7 tool (ticketing system)
o Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities.
o Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labour for projects.
o Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.
Other duties may be assigned.
•Soft Services: Manage and deliver which includes (Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, Catering. Etc)
•Projects: Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.
•Vendors’ Management:
o Ensure vendors delivers as per scope & scorecards, trains vendors on work order and billing procedures.
o Conducting supplier surveys & tenders.
o Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost centre coding.
o Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Provides process and procedure training.
o Performs all activities necessary to accomplish within cost, schedule and quality objectives, the procurement of a wide variety of complex material / mainly service requirements as required to fulfil the material needs of client needs.
o Achieves established cost improvement goals. Develops, manages and maintains historical / information and records for all assigned commodities.
•Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.
•In addition to all above, other duties may be assigned by the line manager
QHSE:
Acting with the authority of the employer's representative in the area where it is assigned, it is responsible for monitoring and supervising whether the occupational health and safety measures taken in the workplace are complied with, and for reporting and working to eliminate nonconformities. When assigning duties to the employee subordinate, it takes into account the suitability of the employee for the job in terms of health and safety. CBRE acquires the necessary organization and performs the duties to be aware of the duties, powers and responsibilities of the manager as defined in the QHSE Procedures.</p><p>Education & Experience:
• (5-7 Years minimum), operations experience of facilities management or service delivery possible specialist areas such as M&E, catering, security and cleaning.
• Facility Management certification will be a plus. Driving license may be required.
• Industry expertise such as Critical Environments, Pharma, Finance and Oil & Gas are valued and preferred. Commercial and financial awareness.
• Factory experience is a plus.
• PC literate. CMMS experience (WO Management Process) preferred
