Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Badr City. This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote Egy Crete’s products and brand in local and regional markets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales teams to align marketing activities, assisting in the creation and editing of marketing content, and organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, staying on top of social media trends, and helping build a strong online brand.
Responsibilities Manage the company's social media accounts, including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube. Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts. Write captions and marketing copy in English and Arabic. Assist in creating content, including photos, videos, reels, and graphics. Help maintain a monthly content calendar. Film daily stories Shoot content on phone and coordinate with a photographer. Monitor comments and messages and escalate inquiries when needed. Coordinate with internal teams to gather content for social media and marketing campaigns. Support marketing activities for product launches, events, exhibitions, and company announcements. Monitor social media performance and share basic reports and insights. Keep up with social media trends and suggest new content ideas. Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently completing one).2-5 years of experience in marketing or social media is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Familiarity with Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok. Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools. Basic video editing skills are a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications Strong Communication skills to support internal coordination, client interactions, and clear presentation of marketing messages. Sales and customer-focused abilities to align marketing activities with commercial targets and support lead generation. Event Planning experience to organize and execute product launches, trade shows, and promotional events. Writing skills to contribute to marketing materials, social media posts, and basic content creation. Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and multiple marketing activities simultaneously. Relevant experience in marketing coordination, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors. Good command of English and Arabic, with proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with digital marketing tools. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Badr City, demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative work style.
