<p><strong>Badr &amp; Asfour for Metal Industries</strong> is looking for an experienced <strong>Operations Manager</strong> to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility specialized in <strong>HVAC Systems and Air Distribution Products</strong>.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Plan, manage, and oversee overall factory operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production.</p></li><li><p>Lead and coordinate the <strong>Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse</strong> departments.</p></li><li><p>Develop and monitor production plans to achieve delivery targets while optimizing resources and capacity.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.</p></li><li><p>Monitor production performance, productivity, downtime, and operational KPIs, taking corrective actions when needed.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and other relevant functions to ensure smooth production flow.</p></li><li><p>Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures across the factory.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.</p></li><li><p><strong>8+ years of experience</strong> in manufacturing operations, with proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in <strong>HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, ductwork, or a similar industrial environment</strong> is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality management, maintenance, and warehouse operations.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage multiple departments effectively.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of <strong>English and MS Office</strong>, with strong reporting and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work in <strong>Minya, Egypt</strong>.</p></li></ul><p></p>
