<li>Schedule and dispatch reactive maintenance tickets and scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) to technical teams and vendors based on asset priority and SLA commitments</li>
<li>Track open work orders from initial logging through execution to closure, ensuring clear communication with end-users throughout the lifecycle</li>
<li>Coordinate site access permits, work permits, and completion sign-offs for external service providers</li>
<li>Track and report on core facility metrics, including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), SLA achievement, first-time fix rates, and reactive vs. preventive workload ratios</li>
