Senior Structural Design Engineer Location: New Cairo, Egypt<br>Hire Pals is currently partnering with a highly regarded multidisciplinary design consultancy to hire a Senior Structural Design Engineer to support the delivery of complex building projects and lead electrical design activities across multiple project stages. The role will suit an experienced electrical design professional who is comfortable taking ownership of technical delivery, coordinating with multiple disciplines, engaging with clients and guiding more junior members of the team.<br><br>Key Responsibilities ∙ Lead structural design and analysis for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. ∙ Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and technical specifications. ∙ Design reinforced concrete and steel structures in accordance with: o ACI (American Concrete Institute) Codes o ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) Standards o Local municipality regulations within GCC countries. ∙ Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure design integration. ∙ Review drawings and provide technical guidance during construction. ∙ Conduct value engineering and optimize structural systems. ∙ Participate in technical meetings with clients and authorities. ∙ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines. ∙ Mentor junior engineers and oversee design team deliverables.
