Connectalents is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a leading real estate developer delivering innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that are shaping the future of urban communities.
Job Role:Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs for assigned projects.• Supervise the installation of electrical systems on site, including power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems.• Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, codes, and quality standards.• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues and avoid delays.• Follow up on material submittals, shop drawings, and technical approvals with the technical office.• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress and quality reports.• Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems prior to handover.• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve site clashes and interface issues.

What We're Looking For:• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.• 7 - 10 years of experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry.• Solid knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems.• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.• Familiarity with relevant codes and quality standards.• Good command of English and proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office
