<p>Project description This opening is for an ADAS Domain Controller project for a prestigious OEM, where Luxoft is working with the OEM teams to deliver next-generation Platform solution based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive and QNX working together as a system interacting with a host of cameras, ultrasound sensors, internal and external Radars. Prepare and provide operational reports, fact sheets, and monthly inputs to support asset management and decision-making.<br>REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.3–5 years of experience in administration, reporting, and operational support. Retail or shopping mall experience is preferred, ideally within the GCC. Strong reporting and documentation skills. Experience managing purchase orders (POs), invoicing, and payments. We are looking for a Legal Counsel – Contracts & International Legal Affairs to manage and support NEN's local and international contracts and legal matters. Company: NEN – National Education Network Location: 6th of October City, Egypt Employment Type: Full-time About NENNational Education Network (NEN) operates across Testing, Education, and IT, providing testing and educational services while working with international testing organizations, educational partners, test centers, employees, and business partners across multiple countries.<br>Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and legal agreements. Prepare and review employee contracts, amendments, NDAs, and other employment-related legal documents. Review and manage test center, service, partnership, vendor, and commercial agreements. Handle contracts related to NEN's operations in Egypt and other countries. Review international contracts and identify potential legal, commercial, and contractual risks. Review key contractual terms, including governing law, jurisdiction, liability, confidentiality, termination, payment terms, and dispute resolution. Ensure contracts are properly reviewed, approved, signed, and maintained. Coordinate with internal departments to understand business requirements and provide appropriate legal support. Work with external legal advisors when specialized legal advice is required in specific countries or jurisdictions. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Experience handling both local and international contracts. Good understanding of commercial and employment contracts. Knowledge of international contracting principles and experience working with different jurisdictions. Strong understanding of contractual risks and legal terms. Excellent English language skills, especially in legal and business communication. Strong legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and document management skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively. Ability to work with different departments and external legal advisors.
