Support technical evaluation and proof-of-concept activities; provide evidence-based recommendations without committing the school commercially. Provide planned coverage during absences or peak periods and respond to critical incidents according to the school’s approved support arrangements. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. At least 4 years of relevant IT experience combining hands-on helpdesk support with systems and network administration. Demonstrated experience with Windows administration, identity and access management, TCP/IP networking, Wi-Fi, switching, DHCP, DNS, backup, endpoint management, and security operations. Hands-on experience with Cisco networking or telephony, Aruba switching and wireless, Forti Gate firewalls, and Kaspersky endpoint protection/EDR is strongly preferred. Support isn't a side function here — it's the primary point of contact with a traveler at the moment connectivity matters most. We're looking for someone who treats it that way. The Role We're looking for a professional, service-oriented Customer Support Representative who is fluent in both Arabic and English and brings a real technical background — someone who can diagnose issues, not just pass them along. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries across email, live chat, phone, and social media Provide clear, accurate product information in both Arabic and English Diagnose and resolve common technical issues at first-line level before escalating Follow open cases through to full resolution and document interactions accurately Escalate complex cases with precise descriptions and reproduction steps Identify recurring issues and contribute to service and knowledge-base improvements Requirements Minimum 2 years in customer support or technical support Full written and spoken fluency in Arabic and English (required) Hands-on technical background: digital products and apps, i OS and Android settings, networking and connectivity fundamentals Practical understanding of e SIM technology: QR activation, profiles, APN settings, device compatibility Familiarity with international roaming and network switching Comfortable in internal admin dashboards and reading error logs Experience with CRM/support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Hub Spot or similar) API and webhook basics are a plus Professional, patient, customer-first approach with strong de-escalation skills Full-time availability required Why Join UsDirect, visible impact — your findings go straight to product and engineering Real products at real scale, with customers across dozens of countries A bilingual environment spanning Kuwait and Dubai, with room to take ownership and grow
