<p>We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and support end-to-end service change management processes, ensuring the stability and quality of global Vodafone services. This role plays a key part in evaluating, coordinating, and optimising change requests while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions to minimise service impact and enhance operational efficiency.</p>
