Senior HRIS Specialist – SAP Success Factors Payroll & Time Tracking<br>Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and support SAP Success Factors Payroll and Time Tracking/Time Management functionalities. Manage payroll-related system configurations, employee data, payroll inputs, deductions, allowances, benefits, and recurring payments. Configure and maintain working schedules, factory shifts, attendance rules, overtime calculations, leave types, holidays, and time-off policies. Ensure the accurate integration of employee attendance and time data with payroll processing. This advisor would also be able to understand the deep integration and financial experience. During these cycles, they may also take on the role of a Solution/Deal Captain.
