<strong>&nbsp;A specialized contracting company in finishes (Fit-Out) is seeking to hire a Chief Executive Manager / Project Manager with strong experience in managing and executing restaurant (F&amp;B) projects, to work on projects in the restaurant and cafe sector for global brands.<br>&nbsp;About the job:<br></strong>The Executive Manager is responsible for the full supervision of finishing projects for restaurants, ensuring on-time delivery with the highest quality, in line with the standards and codes of global brand brands<br><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; Tasks and responsibilities:</strong>Managing and executing site works from start to delivery&nbsp; &nbsp;- Managing on-site work teams (engineers – supervisors – subcontractors)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Resolving technical issues on-site quickly and effectively<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Monitoring the quality of finishing works up to final delivery<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Preparing periodic progress reports<strong><strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Requirements:</strong></strong>- Bachelor of Civil or Architectural Engineering<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - At least 7 years of experience in project execution<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Strong experience in restaurant projects or commercial finishes (Fit-Out)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Ability to manage more than one site simultaneously<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Leadership and team management skills<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Strong knowledge of finishing works and MEP<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Ability to work under pressure and deliver quickly (Fast Track Projects)<strong><strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Basic conditions<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Prior experience with restaurant brands (e.g., McDonald’s – KFC – Pizza Hut – or similar)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Experience in turnkey project execution<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; - Strong understanding of Franchise Standards</strong></strong><strong><br></strong>

نحن شركة رائدة في مجال المطاعم والكافيهات، نبحث عن كبير مهندسين ذي خبرة واسعة لقيادة فريق الصيانة وضمان استمرارية التشغيل بأعلى معايير الجودة والكفاءة.<br><strong>&nbsp;القطاع:</strong> مطاعم وكافيهات<br><strong>&nbsp;المؤهل العلمي:</strong><br>• بكالوريوس هندسة (ميكانيكا / كهرباء / ميكاترونيكس أو ما يعادلها)<br>• خبرة لا تقل عن&nbsp;10 سنوات في مجال الصيانة منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إشرافي أو قيادي<br><strong>المهارات الفنية المطلوبة:</strong><br>• إدارة وتشغيل أنظمة التكييف والتبريد (HVAC &amp; Refrigeration)<br>• الإشراف على أعمال الكهرباء الصناعية والتجارية (LV/MV)<br>• الإشراف على أعمال السباكة وشبكات المياه والصرف الصحي<br>• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهندسية (As-built &amp; Shop Drawings)<br>• وضع وتنفيذ خطط الصيانة الوقائية والطارئة (PPM)<br>• إدارة عقود الصيانة مع الموردين والمقاولين الخارجيين<br>• إلمام بأنظمة إدارة الطاقة وترشيد الاستهلاك<br>• معرفة باشتراطات الصحة والسلامة المهنية (HSE)<br><strong>&nbsp;المهارات القيادية والإدارية:</strong><br>• قيادة وإدارة فريق متكامل يشمل: كهربائيين، سباكين، وفنيي تبريد وتكييف<br>• جدولة المهام وتوزيع العمل على أفراد الفريق بكفاءة<br>• تقييم أداء الفريق وتحديد احتياجات التدريب والتطوير<br>• مهارات تواصل قوية مع الإدارة العليا ومديرين الفروع<br>• القدرة على اتخاذ القرار السريع في حالات الطوارئ والأعطال المفاجئة<br>• إعداد التقارير الدورية وتحليل بيانات الصيانة<br>• العمل تحت ضغط وإدارة أولويات متعددة في آنٍ واحد<br>• تنمية ثقافة الجودة والالتزام داخل الفريق<br><strong>يُفضل توافر:</strong><br>• خبرة سابقة في قطاع المطاعم أو الفنادق أو الأغذية والمشروبات (F&amp;B)<br>• شهادة في إدارة المرافق أو السلامة المهنية (مثل: NEBOSH / CMMS)<br>• إلمام ببرامج CMMS لإدارة أوامر العمل<br>نحن بيئة عمل محفزة نؤمن بالتطوير المستمر ونرحب بالكفاءات الطموحة!
