The scope of work includes:* Routine maintenance of machines* Corrective maintenance (repair faults)* Replacement of faulty spare parts with original parts* Testing machines after maintenance and ensuring full operational efficiencyTechnical support:- Provide technical support when needed during the warranty and contract period- Provide technical reports showing the condition of machines and actions takenTechnical training:- Train technical staff of the contracting party on:- Safe operation methods- Initial handling of minor faults- Preventive maintenance procedures- Compliance and quality- Compliance with occupational safety instructions- Compliance with standards approved for banks and government institutions.- Data confidentiality and safe handling of equipment.Additional details:
