Overview The VMI Analyst ensures efficient inventory management by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing stock levels at customer or distributor locations. This role involves coordinating data flows, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external partners to ensure products are available when needed, costs are optimized, and customer service levels are met. Responsibilities Inventory Monitoring & Management Track customer or distributor inventory levels (by SKU), sales velocity, and consumption trends. Use VMI agreements/data sharing to trigger replenishment orders. Identify overstock and stockout risks, implement corrective actions. Maintain Days on Hand (DOH) targets. Coordinates NPD execution for his/her customer (weekly) - minimizes obsoletes and maximizing speed to shelve Order Replenishment & Optimization Create and process replenishment orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, pricing, delivery schedules. Optimize logistics (e.g. combining shipments, full truckloads) to reduce costs. Manage order changes, cancellations, exceptions. <p>1. Design, Implement & maintain Cloud Security Measures for public/private Cloud Infrastructure Platforms. This includes Securing Virtual Machines, storage Systems, Networks or Cloud Resources.<br>2. Develop and maintain security baselines for all information systems and ensure regular maintenance and update of all baselines inventory bank wide.<br>3. Perform regular baseline scans or reviews as applicable to ensure compliance with the developed security baselines and follow up on mitigating the identified gaps/findings<br>4.
