<h4>Role purpose</h4>
<p>Billing support specialist providing L2 support for technology and business stakeholders.<br>
Coordination and tracking of proactive and reactive operational activities and ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available.<br>
Performing to service level agreement (SLA) performance levels.<br>
Ensure the billing system high availability and resilience with least outage time and minimal customer impact.<br>

Job Purpose<br><br>To support the industrialization, optimization, and quality assurance of Rolling Stock maintenance processes by implementing standardized methodologies, analyzing operational performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role contributes to maintenance planning, process control, quality compliance, and improvement of reliability while ensuring adherence to operational, safety, and industrial standards.<br><br>Responsibilities/Duties<br><br>Profil de candidat recherché :<br><br>Process Design & Industrialization<br><br> Support the industrialization of maintenance activities through the development and implementation of standardized workflows, procedures, and standard times. Ensure maintenance processes and activities comply with approved quality standards, procedures, and operational requirements. Support compliance with safety, health, environmental, and railway operational regulations. Identify, report, and follow up on process deviations, non-conformities, and quality issues. Support implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure proper traceability and documentation of maintenance and quality-related records.<br><br>Reliability & Performance Analysis<br><br> Utilize CMMS systems such as Maximo to prepare reports, analyze maintenance data, and monitor operational performance. Support reliability analysis, trend monitoring, and root cause investigations for recurring failures and operational issues. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and maintenance data to support informed decision-making. Develop reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support operational monitoring and continuous improvement.<br><br>Documentation & Standardization<br><br> Prepare, review, and update technical documentation, procedures, SOPs, reports, and operational dashboards. Ensure compliance with document control procedures and maintenance documentation standards. Support implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across maintenance activities. Ensure maintenance records, reports, and technical data are accurately maintained and archived.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE<br><br> Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required. Fluency in English and Arabic is required; French is a plus.<br><br>Knowledge<br><br> Good understanding of maintenance and reliability engineering principles. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, engineering drawings, and tolerances. Understanding of process mapping, simulation, and operational optimization techniques. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and TPM. Basic understanding of quality management principles and quality tools including FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans. Role Description The Information Technology Sales Manager internship is an on-site role based in Egypt. The intern will support the sales team in promoting IT solutions, fire systems, and IP surveillance products, including understanding client requirements and preparing proposals. Daily tasks include assisting with lead generation, following up with prospects, maintaining client records, and supporting account management activities. The intern will help coordinate meetings and product demonstrations, track sales activities, and contribute to building long-term client relationships. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT sales and an opportunity to learn about system integration and network solutions. Qualifications Strong IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively. Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support the sales pipeline. Account Management capabilities to assist in maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms. Interest in engineering, network solutions, and security systems such as fire and IP surveillance technologies. Ability to work on-site in Egypt, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively. Relevant academic background in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage. Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: Competitive fixed monthly salary based on experience and qualifications. Sales Commission: Attractive performance-based commission structure on successful sales and closed deals. Performance Incentives: Additional incentives may be offered based on achieving individual and team sales targets.
