About Another Round Based in Dubai, Another Round is a dynamic F&B parent company dedicated to conceptualizing, launching, and scaling high-performing culinary concepts beyond the UAE. With an expanding footprint spanning Dubai, New York, Egypt, and more destinations to come, our portfolio includes crowd favorites like Bisqo alongside new specialty concepts like Yuturi. As we scale our presence across Egypt, we are seeking a Partnership & Brand Expansion Manager who is half dealmaker and half creative director to spearhead our physical expansion, brand visibility, and commercial strategy in Cairo.

Role Summary The Partnership & Brand Expansion Manager will drive retail site sourcing, commercial menu optimization, high-visibility sponsorships, and strategic brand alliances across Egypt. Reporting directly to executive leadership, your mission is to secure prime store locations, engineer high-impact partnerships, and optimize local product demand.

The Role Most of what our brands have achieved so far happened organically—viral momentum, long queues, and customer demand. What we are hiring for now is someone whose full-time job is to go looking for what’s next. You will decide which brands, sponsorships, corporate partners, lifestyle concepts, festivals, and unexpected names Bisqo and Yuturi should be talking to in Egypt—then make those conversations happen. You will also dream up the collaborations, pop-ups, limited drops, or co-branded campaigns that give our brands their next reason to be talked about. Half dealmaker, half creative director, fully responsible for keeping our brands culturally relevant and expanding. Success looks like fewer inbound DMs asking when we are opening near you, and more high-profile partnerships, site rollouts, and headlines you engineered on purpose.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Site Sourcing & Developer Relations: Scout prime retail locations and pop-up sites across key Cairo hubs (e.g., Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, Maadi, North Coast). Leverage developer networks (e.g., SODIC, Emaar, Marakez) and mall leasing teams to pitch our brands and negotiate tenancy terms. Sponsorships & Brand Collaborations: Build a live pipeline of co-marketing opportunities—pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with lifestyle brands, tech platforms, corporate entities, and partners well outside F&B (fashion, fitness, beauty, automotive). Cultural Activations & Pop-Ups: Originate creative concepts for brand crossovers, event sponsorships, corporate agreements, and seasonal pop-ups (e.g., Sahel activations) rather than executing standard briefs. Menu Commercialization & Trend Integration: Analyze POS sales data across Bisqo and Yuturi to identify bestsellers, track local Cairo F&B trends, pitch high-demand commercial menu additions, and coordinate campaign launches. Track Partnership Impact: Measure what each partnership, deal, or pop-up actually delivered—reach, sales, footfall, and brand equity—and use data to dictate what we do next.

Qualifications & Requirements
Required:Mandatory F&B Background: 4+ years of hands-on experience in F&B business development, brand partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial expansion in Egypt. Sponsorship & Expansion Track Record: Proven portfolio originating, pitching, and closing real brand deals, corporate partnerships, or retail site acquisitions in Cairo. Cold Outreach & Dealmaking: Completely comfortable approaching decision-makers cold, carrying negotiations from initial pitch to signed agreement. Established Local Network: Active contacts with commercial real estate developers, mall management teams, event agencies, lifestyle brands, and local F&B market players. Commercial Acumen: Strong grasp of F&B brand positioning, sponsorship valuations, POS sales analytics, and lease negotiations. Languages: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.

Advantageous:Existing networks across fashion, beauty, fitness, corporate, or entertainment brands in Egypt. A strong cultural radar for Cairo's F&B and lifestyle scene—knowing who is doing what, and why it works.

What Success Looks Like A steady pipeline of live collaborations, sponsorship activations, and pop-ups at any given time. Major partnerships or activations that get Bisqo and Yuturi talked about in spaces they haven't been before. Strong relationships with brand, corporate, and venue decision-makers who take our calls directly. Clear proof connecting the ideas you pitched to measurable footfall, sales, and brand coverage. New retail venues and formats increasingly sourced through relationships you built.

Specialist surgical sales experience? Clinically astute? Exceptional at building trusted relationships with senior healthcare professionals?

This could be your next move! We're partnering with a global leader in medical technology to appoint a Territory Sales Manager Neurovascular, covering London accounts. This is a highly specialised, clinically driven sales role where you'll work alongside leading clinicians and hospital teams to support the adoption and growth of innovative neurovascular therapies.

You'll be joining an established and high-performing commercial team with a genuine focus on clinical excellence, customer partnership and improving patient pathways.

A little about the therapy area

The role sits within a specialist haemorrhagic stroke and neurovascular portfolio, supporting minimally invasive, endovascular approaches used in the management of intracranial aneurysms and other complex cerebrovascular conditions.

The portfolio encompasses technologies across flow diversion, intrasaccular therapy, aneurysm embolisation and detachable coil procedures, alongside the specialist access and delivery systems used during these highly technical interventions. You'll work closely with interventional neuroradiologists, neurovascular specialists, radiographers and angiography/theatre teams, providing clinical and technical support around procedures and helping customers optimise product selection, procedural technique and workflow.

For an experienced surgical sales professional, this is an opportunity to move into a genuinely high-acuity, technically sophisticated therapy area, developing deep clinical expertise while building trusted partnerships with leading neurovascular teams.

The opportunity

This is far more than a traditional territory sales role.

You'll take ownership of a specialist neurovascular portfolio, developing strategic relationships across key NHS accounts and working closely with interventional teams to support procedures, education and clinical adoption.

You'll need to be comfortable operating in complex hospital environments, engaging credibly with clinicians and theatre teams, and translating clinical insight into commercial opportunity.

From supporting procedures and product evaluations through to developing account strategies and delivering clinical education, you'll become a trusted partner to your customers and a key player in the growth of the territory.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Drive sales growth across a specialist neurovascular portfolio throughout London

Build and develop long-term partnerships with key clinicians, theatre teams, procurement stakeholders and hospital leadership

Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, ensuring customers receive a high level of product and workflow expertise

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business within key hospitals and stroke networks

Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to deliver sustainable growth

Deliver clinical education, product training, workshops and presentations to healthcare professionals

Work closely with internal clinical, marketing and commercial teams to maximise customer and business opportunities

Support product evaluations, trials, introductions and ongoing account development

Stay close to clinical developments, competitor activity and changes within the NHS to identify opportunities and provide market insight

Become a trusted clinical and commercial resource within this highly specialised therapy area

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced medical device or surgical sales professional who can combine commercial drive with genuine clinical credibility.

You'll need:

Minimum 3 years' theatre/surgical sales experience

A strong understanding of the hospital environment and the ability to operate confidently within clinical settings

The clinical aptitude to quickly understand complex procedures, anatomy, devices and workflows

A proven track record of building strong, credible relationships with clinicians and wider hospital stakeholders

The ability to manage and develop strategic customer partnerships rather than simply transact

Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills

Commercial awareness and a demonstrable ability to identify and convert sales opportunities

The confidence and resilience to work independently across a demanding territory

A full UK driving licence

Experience within neurovascular, interventional radiology, vascular, cardiology, stroke or another highly specialised surgical environment would be advantageous.

However, the key requirement is that you understand complex clinical sales and are comfortable working alongside surgeons, clinicians and theatre teams.

The package

£50,000 - £57,000 basic salary

£33,000 OTE - strong opportunity to overachieve against OTE

Company car or car allowance

Excellent corporate benefits package

Comprehensive product and clinical training

Ongoing professional and career development

The opportunity to work within a highly specialised and innovative area of medical technology

Why this role?

If you're an experienced surgical sales professional looking to step into a highly specialised, clinically sophisticated therapy area, this is an opportunity to develop your expertise while working with some of the UK's leading healthcare professionals.

You'll have significant autonomy across your territory, but also the backing of a highly experienced commercial and clinical organisation.
