The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, quality, and regulatory requirements. External• Clients & EPC Contractors: Maintain active engagement with General Contractors, Developers, and Project Owners.• Engineering Consultants: Drive factory approvals, specifications inclusion, and vendor listing.• Suppliers: Coordinate on raw steel availability and pricing indications for mega bids.• Industry Bodies: Represent the company in steel and industrial construction exhibitions.<br>Job Requirements: - Years of experience: 8+ years of sales/business development experience in construction/industrial sector.-Preferred 10+ years of proven success specifically within Steel Fabrication, PEB, or Heavy Structural Steel.-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.-Preferred Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering Management.- Professional Certificates: -Commercial Negotiation / B2B Strategic Sales Management certifications.-Preferred Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) / PMP. Knowledge & Soft Skills-Strong executive presence, high-level negotiation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and contract acumen (FIDIC awareness).-Preferred Extensive active network with Tier-1 contractors, EPCs, and consulting offices. Technical skills:-Solid understanding of steel manufacturing processes (cutting, welding, blasting, painting, erection), structural drawings, and CRM software.--Preferred Advanced knowledge of steel estimation tools, Tekla structures basics, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
