Main job duties and responsibilities:<br>Direct construction of projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. The position requires strong expertise in hybrid cloud infrastructure, system administration, and automation.<br>Responsibilities:<br>Infrastructure Management Design, deploy, and manage hybrid infrastructure environments integrating on‑premises systems with cloud platforms such as AWS and AWS Outposts. Maintain high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure platforms. Manage datacenter infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms.<br>Cloud & Hybrid Environment Administer and optimize AWS services and AWS Outposts environments. Implement infrastructure best practices including automation, monitoring, and cost optimization. Ensure seamless integration between cloud and on‑prem infrastructure.<br>Virtualization & Platform Management Manage and maintain Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure environments. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal utilization of resources.<br>Systems Administration Manage Windows and Linux server environments including Ubuntu and RHEL. Administer Active Directory including user management, group policies, authentication, and directory services.<br>High Availability & Clustering Design, configure, and maintain MSCS (Microsoft Cluster Service) clustering environments. Ensure business continuity through proper redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery planning.<br>Automation & Scripting Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting for system administration tasks. Automate routine infrastructure operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.<br>Security & Compliance Implement infrastructure security policies and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Perform patch management, vulnerability management, and system hardening.<br>Monitoring & Troubleshooting Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement root cause analysis.<br>Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor system administrators and infrastructure engineers. Work closely with network, security, and application teams to ensure reliable service delivery. Manage infrastructure projects and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.<br>Qualifications:<br>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.7–10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or system administration.
