What You’ll Do:System Analysis & Documentation: Run discovery sessions with clients to extract requirements and translate them into airtight Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). Gen AI Implementation: Oversee the integration and deployment of Generative AI tools and LLMs to solve complex business problems and optimize workflows. Drive Data Initiatives: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for web scraping, data extraction, and analysis pipelines. Automate Critical Processes: Identify operational bottlenecks and lead the development of robust, automated tools and workflows. Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with data engineers and developers to ensure technical delivery perfectly aligns with your approved SRS.
What We’re Looking For:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Technical PM or System Analyst role. Gen AI Familiarity: You must be comfortable and familiar with Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or LLM capabilities—you know how to leverage AI to solve problems. Documentation Mastery: Proven track record of writing clear, comprehensive BRDs and SRS documents. Automation Mindset: Understanding of data pipelines, web scraping concepts, and workflow automation tools. Superb Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into client-friendly concepts.
