Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for required positions, including sourcing, CV screening, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and selection support.· Prepare job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.· Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
