تعلن شركة الميهوب للصناعات الغذائية عن حاجتها إلى تعيين مسؤول تخطيط وإنتاج للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، على أن يكون لديه خبرة قوية في تخطيط الإنتاج داخل مصانع الصناعات الغذائية، مع أفضلية لمن لديهم خبرة في صناعة النودلز (Instant Noodles).<br><br>المهام الوظيفية:<br>إعداد خطط الإنتاج اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية بما يتوافق مع خطط المبيعات.<br>متابعة تنفيذ خطة الإنتاج والتأكد من الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة.<br>التنسيق المستمر بين الإنتاج، والمخازن، والمشتريات، والجودة لضمان توافر الخامات وتحقيق كفاءة التشغيل.<br>إعداد تقارير الإنتاج وتحليل الانحرافات واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.<br>متابعة الطاقة الإنتاجية وخطوط الإنتاج والعمل على تحسين الاستغلال وتقليل الفاقد.<br>مراقبة مستويات المخزون من الخامات والمواد اللازمة للإنتاج.<br>المساهمة في تحسين عمليات التخطيط ورفع كفاءة التشغيل.<br>المتطلبات:<br>بكالوريوس هندسة، زراعة، علوم، أو أي مؤهل مناسب.<br>خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال تخطيط وإنتاج الصناعات الغذائية.<br>يشترط وجود خبرة أو معرفة قوية بصناعة النودلز (Instant Noodles)، وتُعد من أهم متطلبات الوظيفة.<br>إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel بمستوى متقدم.<br>يفضل الخبرة في التعامل مع أنظمة ERP.<br>مهارات قوية في التحليل، والتنظيم، والتخطيط.<br>القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وحل المشكلات.<br>المزايا:<br>راتب مجزٍ يحدد وفقًا للخبرة.<br>تأمينات اجتماعية.<br>تأمين طبي.<br>فرص للتطوير والترقي الوظيفي.<br>بيئة عمل احترافية داخل إحدى شركات الصناعات الغذائية.
