Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MEP Electrical Engineer with a strong background in high-rise and tower projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design review, technical coordination, execution, and quality control of all electrical MEP works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and project schedules.<br>Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all electrical MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle. Review and coordinate electrical design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international electrical standards. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines to resolve design and site issues. Monitor installation of electrical systems, including:Power Distribution Systems Lighting Systems Low Current (ELV) Systems Fire Alarm Systems Earthing & Lightning Protection Emergency Power Systems Review material submittals and ensure approved materials are used on site. Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements. Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. Prepare technical reports, RFIs, method statements, and progress updates. Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Identify project risks and propose practical engineering solutions to maintain project progress. Ensure all electrical works are completed within the approved budget and project schedule.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.8–15 years of experience in MEP electrical engineering. Proven experience in high-rise buildings, residential towers, commercial towers, or mixed-use developments. Strong understanding of electrical design principles and construction practices. Excellent knowledge of local and international electrical codes and standards. Experience in testing and commissioning is an advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high product standards across the manufacturing lifecycle, from verifying incoming raw materials and components to monitoring assembly line adherence to SOPs and conducting final pre-shipment inspections. You will bridge communication between global design engineering, procurement, inventory teams, and local production workers to ensure seamless, defect-free execution.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Perform rigorous inspection and testing on all incoming mechanical components and raw materials against technical drawings and engineering specifications. Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials; coordinate with Procurement and vendors for prompt resolution or replacement. Line Monitoring & SOP Execution Continuously monitor the mechanical assembly production line to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Serve as a direct quality link to Chinese assembly workers, offering clear guidance on technical specifications and assembly line compliance. Failure Reporting & SOP Enhancement Detect, investigate, and report production line failures, defect trends, and assembly bottlenecks. Provide actionable feedback and continuous improvement recommendations to refine and enhance existing SOPs. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) Conduct comprehensive pre-shipment inspection checkups (OQC) on finished goods to ensure full compliance with quality, packaging, and functional standards. Sign off on final product clearance prior to shipment dispatch. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Design to provide real-world manufacturing feedback for continuous product iteration. Collaborate with Procurement and Inventory Management to track stock quality, raw material availability, and supplier performance metrics.<br>Qualifications & Requirements<br>Education & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: 1–3 years of professional quality control/assurance experience in a relevant manufacturing or assembly environment. Proven track record of working with complex product assemblies. Technical Skills & Competencies Strong ability to read, interpret, and audit complex mechanical blueprints, standard engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications. Familiarity with SLA 3D printing processes and additive manufacturing validation is a strong plus. Hands-on knowledge of quality control methodologies, standard measurement tools, and root-cause analysis techniques. Language & Communication English: Very good command (written and verbal) for technical reporting and cross-team alignment. Chinese (Mandarin): Good command is a strong plus to facilitate smooth day-to-day communication with local factory teams and assembly workers. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate complex technical details clearly across diverse functional teams.
