Job Purpose: manage all aspects of electrical quantity surveying, including quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, contract measurement, and cost control for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.
Location: Cairo, Egypt (Company H. O.)Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed survey for main and sub-materials for tendering phase. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine material requirements. Responsible for preparing tender documents including bills of quantities (BoQs). Internal stakeholder coordination
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 2-4 years of experience in quantity surveying. Draftsman knowledge is a plus. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Excel Strong command of English and Arabic.
Skills & Competencies:Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Knowledge of construction methods and material analysis.
