Daily tasks: Responsible for receiving customers, answering all their inquiries related to prices, product advantages, installment systems, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales and build a good relationship with the customer. Diagnose and resolve customer issues, understanding their causes, while working on providing appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the shopping experience. Execute the entire sales process in the system, from order registration to completion of payment, collecting the sales value from customers whether in cash, or via payment cards, or through various installment apps and systems. Replace products that have manufacturing defects according to company policies, ensuring maintenance of service level and customer satisfaction.
