Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, enhance guest satisfaction, and support continuous improvement in all operational areas.<br>Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Luxor, responsible for leading all sales activities to drive revenue growth for TOLIP Galala Majestic Ain Sokhna. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing sales operations to ensure efficient processes. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners, as well as collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. The Sales Director will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, monitor performance against targets, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in hospitality or related industries. Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, reporting, forecasting, and optimizing sales processes. Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in Team Management, including coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative sales culture. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Luxor, with flexibility to attend client meetings, events, and industry networking activities as needed. Familiarity with hotel revenue management concepts, CRM tools, and basic financial analysis related to sales performance.
