Daily tasks: Responsible for receiving customers, answering all their inquiries related to prices, product benefits, and installment systems, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales and build a good relationship with the customer. Resolve customer problems and understand their causes, while working to provide appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the shopping experience. Execute the entire sales process in the system, starting from order registration to payment completion, collecting the sales value from customers either in cash, or via payment cards, or through various installment applications and systems. Replace products with manufacturing defects in accordance with the company policies, ensuring maintenance of service level and customer satisfaction.
