<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Export Manager</strong> to lead our export operations and develop international business across <strong>European and Asian markets</strong>.</p><p>The role will focus on developing international customers, managing the complete export cycle, and leading the Export team. Strong practical use of <strong>AI tools in export, market research, lead generation, and business development</strong> is a key requirement.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Develop and manage international customers across Europe and Asia.</p></li><li><p>Identify new buyers, markets, and business opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms with international customers.</p></li><li><p>Manage the complete export process, including documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.</p></li><li><p>Lead and manage the Export team.</p></li><li><p>Research international markets and potential customers.</p></li><li><p><strong>Use AI tools</strong> to improve market research, lead generation, customer management, and export processes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</p></li><li><p><strong>10+ years of experience in Export/International Trade.</strong></p></li><li><p>Proven experience exporting <strong>herbs, spices, seeds, legumes, medicinal plants, or related products</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in <strong>European and Asian markets</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.</p></li><li><p>Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Existing database/network of international customers is highly preferred.</strong></p></li><li><p>Previous experience managing an Export team.</p></li><li><p>Excellent English communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong practical knowledge of <strong>AI tools and their use in business/export operations</strong>.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>
