The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining quality systems to ensure products and processes comply with internal procedures as well as local and international regulatory requirements. (Rotational Shifts Morning and night)<br>Key responsibility Ensure SOPs and c GMP regulations are followed. To perform periodical review of DC GMP related records. To perform periodical equipment quality control review. To perform periodical review of equipment incident logs. To verify and release sample shipments. To inspect and release incoming supplies. To perform periodical employee observations.<br>Academic experience required Bachelor's degree in health-related Sciences. Preferably in Pharmacy. Knowledge in Quality Management. Strong integrity and commitment to quality and compliance.<br>Professional Experience Required At least 2 years of experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environments in Quality Area within Pharma industry.<br>Computing Skills Ms Office knowledge.<br>Personal Skills Ability to understand, explain, follow and enforce SOPs, protocols and other regulatory guidelines. Accuracy and reliability. Can work independently, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Performs a high-level document review. Ability to work with cross functional areas. Good ability to identify problems and propose solutions.<br>Languages Intermediate level of written and spoken English Fluent in Arabic.
Job Description :* Manage the procurement of fabrics, trims, and packaging materials required for apparel production.* Create, process, and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure on-time material delivery.* Follow up with suppliers to ensure material availability according to agreed T&As.* Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth operations.* Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service.* Handle material shortages, delivery delays, and supplier-related issues.* Coordinate with suppliers and Finance regarding supplier payments.* Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and purchasing documentation. <br>Requirements :* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field.* 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Merchandising, or Supply Chain.* Experience in Apparel Manufacturing is highly preferred.* Good knowledge of apparel raw materials and sourcing processes.* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.* Strong planning, follow-up, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.* Fluent in English
