Plans, executes, and monitors transportation operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and delivery performance standards. Tracks shipments and coordinates transportation, customs clearance, and delivery activities to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time delivery of project materials and equipment to customers and project locations. Monitors outbound inventory, material dispatches, and shipment status, proactively identifying and resolving logistics issues that may impact project schedules or customer satisfaction. Assists in evaluating the performance of transportation providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers to drive continuous improvement in outbound logistics operations. Ensures compliance with export regulations, company policies, customer requirements, and international trade standards throughout the outbound logistics process.
